Job Announcement: Associate Director of Shared Services

Seeking candidates for full-time, permanent, immediate growth opportunity with Fortune 1000 manufacturing company in large, attractive city in the Southeast. Company will cover relocation from the Orlando area but no house buy-out.

Position requires up to 10% travel.

Candidate will be responsible for managing Payroll/Benefits Administration and the Employee Service Center.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years HR experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in both HR Shared Services/Operations and leadership roles. Must have SAP experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Business/other applicable field is required. A working knowledge of Project Management and Lean methodology is required. PMP and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
